Southwest Home Preservation was formed in 2007 by Barry Bellinger who has been a continuously licensed general contractor in New Mexico for over thirty years and has a lifetime of construction experience. Our amazing team of people also have extensive history and experience in various residential and commercial construction. While we focus mostly on large remodel, repair and upgrades to existing homes we are able to provide solutions to many of the maintenance issues that are imposing on your house's harmony. We are a primary contractor and will use subcontractors when needed, all of whom are licensed, bonded and insured as well.
